Thomas, Ashok Agarwal, The Cleveland Clinic Foundation Objective: Sperm quality decreases significantly following freezing and research on improving cryosurvival rates is crucial. We compared the effects of two cryopreservation protocols to determine which method allows better preservation of sperm characteristics.
